Emotions are energy (the deeper dive):
When life hits hard (or we’re taught to stuff it), that energy can linger as trapped emotions. I don’t make you relive the story. I use simple muscle testing to ask your body what’s ready to release, then clear it with a calm, intention-based method.

Why distance sessions work with me:
With your consent I use proxy testing to run the session remotely. Afterward you get:

  • a detailed audio summary (my voice note) with insight, patterns I noticed, and gentle next steps.

What this is not: therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. It’s complementary care, trauma-informed and honest.

How a distance session works (no live call)

Gentle, honest, effective. You pick the focus. I run your session on the scheduled day (no set time; no Zoom/phone). Then I email you a short typed recap and a detailed audio note with insights and next steps.


Step 1 — Set the focus

Tell me what’s up: a theme, trigger, pattern, or symptom you want relief around.
We’ll shape this into one clear session question ahead of time so your system knows where we’re headed.

Step 2 — Pick your session day (no set time)

I’ll confirm a day I’ll do your session. There’s no appointment time to hold and nothing you need to do during the session. Live your life; I work it into my day.

No performance. No overthinking. Just permission to release what’s ready.

Step 3 — I run your session (remotely, by proxy)

With your consent, I use proxy muscle testing to identify trapped emotions that are ready to clear and release them with a calm, intention-based method. We move in small, respectful pieces so your nervous system says “yes,” not “yikes.”

Step 4 — Your recap arrives (typed + audio)

After I finish, I email you:

  • a short typed list of the emotions released (in order), and

  • a heart-centered audio summary where I connect dots, note themes/patterns I noticed, and offer gentle next steps for integration.

This is where the why it matters lands—think of the audio as your personal translation layer.

Step 5 — Integration (real life > perfection)

Hydrate. Rest if needed. Notice shifts. Tiny, doable changes beat giant overhauls.
Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, clearer; it’s also normal to have 24–48 hours of emotional “decluttering” (yawns, sighs, waves of feeling, extra thirsty). That’s your system finishing the exhale.


Pace, safety, and choice (trauma-informed)

  • Consent first, always. You’re in charge.

  • Pacing over pushing. We only go as deep as your system can integrate today.

  • No story-mining. Share as much or as little as you want; your body leads the work.

  • Gentle landings. I close the session with grounding so you leave centered, not scrambled.

  • Faith-friendly on request. If you want prayer included, say the word. If not, we keep it simple and secular. Your boundaries = honored.

How many sessions will I need?

Every story is different. Some feel a shift after one session; layered patterns (and Heart-Wall work) usually benefit from a short series (3–6). We’ll decide together—no pressure, no hard sell.

Trauma-informed care (how I hold you)

Safety first, always. No pushing. No gold stars for suffering. We go slow when slow is smart.

  • Consent & clarity. You’ll always know what I’m doing, why I’m doing it, and you can say yes/no/not today at any point—before we schedule and as we continue.

  • Choice stays with you. You pick the focus. You decide what you share (or don’t). I won’t make you retell painful stories; your body already knows the work.

  • Pacing & titration. We release in small, respectful pieces so your nervous system says “okay,” not “overwhelm.” If it starts to feel too much, we scale back. Period.

  • Nervous-system first. My aim isn’t fireworks; it’s steadiness. Less charge, more capacity, a quicker bounce-back. That’s the win.

  • Gentle landings. After each session I offer simple aftercare in your audio note so you finish grounded, not scrambled. (Think: water, breath, feet on the floor, step outside, a short prayer if you want it.)

  • Dignity & privacy. Your story is yours. I keep your details confidential and your session notes tight: a short typed list + a caring, detailed audio summary.

  • Faith-friendly, client-led. I’m Jesus-loving and judgment-free. If you’d like prayer included, say the word. If not, we keep it simple and secular. Your boundaries = honored.

  • Scope & honesty. This is complementary care—not therapy or medical treatment. I don’t diagnose, treat, prescribe, or promise outcomes. Your healthcare team still matters.

  • If activation happens. Feeling waves of emotion for 24–48 hours can be normal as your system reorganizes. Use the aftercare I share, pause when needed, and reply to your recap if you want me to adjust the pace next time. If you’re in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Bottom line: we’re not chasing perfection—we’re building resilience you can actually live with.

The Heart-Wall®

Sometimes our hearts build a protective “wall” out of old, unprocessed emotions. It helps us survive hard seasons… and later it can make us feel numb, guarded, or disconnected. Heart-Wall work gently releases those layers so your chest can breathe again—at your pace.

  • Guarded in relationships; receiving love/help feels… sticky
