Blood is a moment-to-moment snapshot. Hair stores mineral trends over time. HTMA reads that trend—so we can see how stress, nutrition, and lifestyle have been steering your system the last few months.

The deeper dive (plain English):

  • Minerals = messengers. Sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper (and friends) help run energy, mood, hormones, and the stress response.

  • Stress moves minerals. Big seasons (grief, overwork, under-eating, over-training, postpartum, long illness) can push minerals out of balance—hello wired-tired, brain fog, poor sleep, brittle moods.

  • Hair shows patterns, not diagnoses. We’re not hunting diseases; we’re reading adaptations your body made to cope—so we can help it cope better.

Why not “just a multivitamin”?
Because “more” isn’t always “right.” The ratios matter (think calcium ↔ magnesium, sodium ↔ potassium, zinc ↔ copper). We use your map to make targeted, doable changes instead of guesswork.

HOW IT WORKS WITH ME

The process

Step 1 — We decide if HTMA fits.
You share what’s going on and what you want to shift. If it’s a yes, we move forward.

Step 2 — You collect a tiny hair sample.
I send simple instructions (a small snip from the back of the head; alternate sites if needed). You mail it to me and I'll send it to my lab.

Step 3 — I read your map and build your plan.
When results land, I review patterns and ratios, then create a practical plan for ~8 -12 weeks.

Step 4 — You receive your recap two ways:

  • Short typed notes (highlights, key patterns, simple actions)

  • Detailed audio walkthrough (my voice note with context, priorities, and how to start gently)

Step 5 — You integrate (real life > perfection).
Hydrate, tweak meals, adjust timing, maybe add simple supplements if appropriate, protect sleep, and reduce “mineral leaks.” We keep it doable.

Step 6 — Optional retest.
We can retest in 3–4 months to see what shifted and refine the plan.

No live appointments. I confirm timing by email and do the work on my end; you get clear guidance you can actually use.
